Design Service

Step 1: Survey and Brief

Once you have decide to proceed with a design for your new kitchen or bathroom, we can either visit you at home to conduct a survey or we can make an appointment for you to bring you plans into the showroom. We have lots to go through making sure every detail is covered.

 

Step 2: Design

Using our experience and design skills, the designer will incorporate your ideas to produce a 3D kitchen design. Once you have received  our written quote you will need to make an appointment to go through our design, where you will be able to have more input and come up with your own suggestions whilst viewing the photo-realistic presentation. There are usually a few meetings to fine tune the design, materials and appliances before you are ready to order.

 

Step 3: Ordering

Our kitchens can take between 4 weeks to 10 weeks depending on which furniture manufacturer you choose. all our furniture is made to order and cabinetry arrives built, ready to install. We require a deposit of 20% to order all equipment and pick a fitting date. If we are supplying and installing your kitchen,  we will need to collect payment on delivery of goods for a further 70%. The last retainer of 10% is due on completion of your kitchen and is in place for your peace of mind. Customers can relax in the knowledge every payment made is insured by the KBSA.

 

Step 4: Installation

The installation of your Kitchen or Bathroom can take between 1-3 weeks depending on the contents of the goods and how complicated the fix is. We always aim to keep disruption and inconvenience to an absolute minimum. We will complete regular progress checks during the installation and our install goes through a check list with the customer once the job is finished. All our teams have worked for us for no less than 5 years and virtually all our orders come from work we have already completed, so that’s proof we intend to look after your order as best we know how to.
